A Glowing Review

It’s always wonderful when we receive kind reviews from people that we’ve worked with, especially when they are as glowing as the one below! You can review us on our Facebook page and give us a rating too. We love feedback and it would be fantastic if we could speak wth every venue and person we’ve worked with. You can find the wonderful review from Mr & Mrs Tomlinson below, we catered their Wedding not long ago and had a fantastic day! Thank you for the wonderful words.

“Just wanted to say a massive thank you for catering our Wedding on Saturday, the food was truly amazing and the staff service was impeccable and they were so friendly!! Unbelievable team and wish I had gone into the kitchen to personally thank the chefs! The Weddings I have been to the foods always average but everyone commented how gorgeous the food was from the canapés all the way to the evening food! I actually managed to eat 3 canapés which is 3 more than I thought I would!! Mini Yorkshire puds we were all raving about! The main wedding breakfast was spot on! So glad we went for what we did! I think the groom Gavin would like to eat it all again please as unfortunately he chose to do his speech after the food which he is now regretting!! Thank you so much again for everything. Love Mr & Mrs Tomlinson xx”

Tips for a Romantic Rainy Day Wedding

We can’t always guarantee good weather here in the UK, particularly in the North West! But, that’s no reason to let a little rain spoil your special day. There are lots of fun and special ways to embrace rain on your Wedding day and make it part of the experience.

Wedding photographers are fantastic at making your day look as special as it truly is, rain will become an added part of your story through your pictures. Simply speak to your photographer before your Wedding day and ask them questions about what they would do in the event of rain, and how they would overcome this to produce amazing photographs, we can assure you they’ll have brilliant ideas and back-up plans.

Tips for a Romantic Rainy Day Wedding:

Buy Wellies!
Wellington boots will not only look cute but will give you plenty of fun photo opportunities such as Wedding shoes next to the wellies and Bride and Groom stood together in wellies.

Matching Umbrellas.
Providing matching umbrellas for your guests can make all the difference when looking back at photos. Matching the colour to your theme and bridesmaids dresses can be a nice touch, although clear umbrellas can look brilliant too.

Have a Back up Ceremony Area.
If you’ve planned an outdoor Wedding then be sure to have an indoor area to retreat to in case the rain begins to fall.

Bring Towels to Dry Seats and Benches.
Sitting outdoors and taking pictures on romantic benches will need to be dried, being prepared will really pay off here.

No one really wants to plan for a rainy Wedding but if you are prepared then you’ll enjoy it either way! Good luck this weekend everyone.

Marquee Weddings

There are many benefits to holding your Wedding party outdoors, especially in the Summer months. There are many fantastic out accessories which can be added to the outdoors, it allows you to open up possibilities of entertainment and catering that could not be attempted indoors or otherwise.

Outdoor decorations such as bunting will add an element of fun to the festivities & celebrations. Many wedding venues are based on Farms or Stately homes which have access to fields and grass, these venues are fantastic for installing a marquee.

We can provide rustic hog roasts in an outdoor environment to add an extra special element to your day. It’s a fantastic way to make your guests really feel involved with the food and bring everyone together with an impressive display.

So, if you are considering a marquee Wedding then take a look at some of the many companies that we work with who provide a fabulous marquee service. We work with several fabulous Marquee providers in the Cheshire area such as:

V in A News!

Our busy start to 2015 has continued, and we are well under way with our plans for the year. We just can’t believe that January is nearly over. We’re almost into February 2015, and wow January has been a busy month! With meetings with engaged couples & Wedding Fayres up and down the country, it’s been non stop for the team here at Vanilla In Allseasons. We’ve even managed to battle through with the down pour of snow which seems to have brought the North West to a complete stand still!

We’d also like to say how thrilled we are to be nominated once more for a County Brides Northwest Wedding Award in their 2015 ceremony! Our involvement with County Brides has been a wonderful experience, we’ve felt honoured to win the event for two consecutive years. Giving many thanks to all of those who have voted for us, we really appreciate the time which you take to cast your vote. We were highly commended in The Wedding Industry Awards last year, but who knows what could happen in 2015? With so many great events taking place across the year we can’t wait to enjoy 2015!

We hope to see you at the Tatton Park Wedding show this weekend! Click here for more information on the event. Hopefully the snow will still be laced across the landscape giving us the feeling of a Winter wonderland. Take a look at our menus here and see what we can do to enhance your event.

Why Open Evenings Are Brilliant!

Open evenings are not only a great way for businesses such as ourselves to network with others, but they are also beneficial for anyone and everyone!

Fantastic inspiration can be gained from these events and it’s not only venues which hold such parties. at the event expect staff members on hand to answer questions, and help to guide you around the area whilst talking you through anything that you would need to know. So, don’t be afraid to ask questions!

Also it is a great opportunity to meet people, whether they are representing a business or not. Who knows, you could even make some friends! It’s a great chance to spend with family, friends and loved ones. You can also attend fabulous venues and experience them for a small time, for a little taster of what they could arrange for you.

Craik White Wedding 004 email

We love such events and make sure that we are in regular appearance and many of them stretching across the Cheshire and wider Manchester area. Open evenings that we have been to previously have been at many local venues around the area such as, Styal Lodge and Capesthorne Hall.

But the next one that we are getting excited about is being held at the fabulous venue that is of course the stunnig, Capesthorne Hall!

For more information and to confirm your attendance please go to this page on their website here.

So keep your eyes open for such events as they occur more often than you would think!

So from us here at Vanilla In Allseasons, we look forward to seeing you at the next one!
