Turkey is the nations favourite bird when it comes to the Christmas centrepiece. Saying this, some people do like to try an alternative every now and again as people can find it a bit too dry.
We love a good old traditional Turkey for our Christmas meal here at Vanilla, but we also like to source new ideas and recipes whenever possible to make sure that we have a wide range of menu choices to offer our clients.
We’ve managed to locate some of the tastiest substitutes to Turkey to share with you in case you fancy a bit of a change this Christmas.
Beef Fillet with Horseradish & Prosciutto

You might be thinking “But we have Beef most Sundays”. Not like this you don’t. Wrapping the Beef in the Prosciutto Ham protects the meat resulting in an extremely tender cut of Beef. Well worth trying out. Check out the recipe here.
