All American Party Menu

Did you read about our All American Celebration? Our client hosted a fantastic party to celebrate Independence Day in style. We created a traditional American food menu for the guests to enjoy. See below for details –

Deli Board:- dotted around the room on small tables for guest to help themselves

Corn chips, tomato and kickin’ salsa
Croute of sun dried tomato, caramelized red onion & mozzarella cheese
Salt and Pepper chicken wings
Mini corn dogs in a bucket (mustard on the side)

On the Buffet Table –

Warm Meats
Beef burgers with cheese on a roll (mayo, mustard & ketchup on the side )
JJJ Heathcote sausage wrapped in smoked bacon
Racks of pork ribs in honey & spice

Cold
Wraps x 40 cut into thirds
Philly Steak (thinly sliced steak, caramelized onions and red/green peppers)
Caesar chicken
Grilled pepper and courgettes
Side of Garlic mayo

Sides
Bite-sized corn on the cob
Mac & cheese (see below)
Tossed salad (dressings on the side)
Coleslaw

Dessert
Watermelon triangle slices
Baked vanilla cheesecake with cherry topping
Chocolate brownies
Apple pie
Sides of vanilla ice cream & whipped cream

This menu was perfect for the fun, laid back style of the party. Guests were able to graze, chat and enjoy in an informal manner.

An All American Celebration

Do you love American fayre as much as we do? Succulent corn dogs, juicy burgers and finger licking chicken wings feature high on our comfort food agenda!

Needless to say, we were thrilled to take a booking for a fantastic 4th July party for a great client, Serena. We served a delicious array of American themed foods from classic corn dogs and fresh homemade salsa to a classic creamy mac n’ cheese. We really enjoyed the opportunity to create some fun party food and spend the day working with some fantastic people. All in all, the celebration was a huge success as the lovely Serena will testify –
