Masterchef’s got nothing on us!

We love a challenge and on Saturday we served 3 courses to 230 happy guests, all in 74 minutes.
Not bad when serving from the back of a tent!

We served a sumptuous array of hearty and elegant dishes.

To Commence
Mackerel, pollock and prawn fish cake with a confit garlic aioli

Main course
Slow braised pulled lamb shoulder in a herb and bean broth with a potato & vegetable gratin with braised red cabbage

Dessert
Toffee apple pudding with vanilla cream custard

All 230 tummies were filled and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the party.
