Cumberland sausage with an onion gravy and smoked cheese mash
Haggis with bashed Swede and potato
Jambalaya, seafood and chicken in a rich rice and tomato
Confit of duck with flageolet beans

Fish
Fish pie, only using great British fish!

Vegetarian
Wild Mushroom risotto with pesto
Sweet potato and aubergine gratin
Red Thai curry of butternut squash, spinach with sticky rice
