Wedding at a Private Home for 50 in June

Thank you so much for all your help with the catering for our wedding. Although the weather was not great the guys really did handle the conditions well and the service and food was fantastic! The BBQ style theme of the food worked so well and all of our guests commented on how good it was. In fact, one of our friends who is very hard to please at the best of times, claimed it to be the best wedding food he had ever had (and he has been to plenty of weddings!).
Thanks again and I am sure you will hear from some of our other guests who are getting married in the next few years to arrange their catering for them!

Hi Adam and Simon,
Just a note to say a huge thankyou for the wonderful food yesterday at our wedding. It was absolutely superb. We have had so many comments on it and my phone has not stopped all morning from guests commenting on the venue and food. The most common cbeing that it was not the usual wedding food and it was the best food many had ever had at a wedding.
Thanks to all your team for their hard work.
Could I also ask you to pass on my thanks to the pretty dark haired waitress who came over to tell me about a guest of ours. Your waitress was so diplomatic and kind and handled the situation beautifully. My brother in law has also asked me to pass on his thanks to her as he really appreciated how kind she was to Terri.
Once again, thank you for everything and I do hope we find another event to use your services!! (and no it won’t be a christening)!!!! Anyway we will highly recommend you.

Thank you so much for all your help in making the Manchester Rugby Club 150th anniversary such a success, I have received many many positive comments on the food, the temperature of the food and your delightful waiting staff
I appreciate that it is very hard to work to feed 250 people in a marquee with outside temperature of -8 but it was faultless.

The food was absolutely stunning, we absolute loved it and all we have had is fantastic compliments from all of our guests.
You were fantastic and on the run up to the big day always finding solutions to let us have exactly what we wanted and never telling us that things were not possible- unlike other caterers we met! We would certainly recommend you to anyone planning a big celebration.

I wanted to write and thank you and Simon for doing such an amazing job with the wedding. It was the perfect day for the both of us and it couldn’t have gone better. We’ve had so many compliments on the food, “best wedding food ever”, “best melt in the mouth pork I’ve eaten” etc, etc. Everyone was blown away by the standard of food. The only drawback was that Kate missed out on cheese cake that she’d been dreaming about because she was too busy yapping!
Everything was spot on, from the food to the staff to you overseeing that the day went smoothly. I couldn’t recommend you more highly!

Just to say ” Brilliant event.” To put a benchmark on this; In my previous career I worked for Nespresso and every year we held a invitation lunch event in London. The Ritz, Claridges, Lindsay House and so on. Your front of house skills would not be out of place in any of these venues. It’s a skill and essential to first class catering and hospitality. I would recommend your services unreservedly for any event at any level. The excellent quality of catering was matched by you and your staffs exceptional service. We have not stopped receiving compliments on the wedding and your contribution was there for all to see.

One Million thank you’s for being the man of the moment and “Wonder Chef” at the fundraiser for The Christie Hospital Luncheon. Everyone went away talking about the food, and I have it on the authority that a number of ladies have fried to recreate the meal with great success. This is a note of huge thanks to you and your colleagues for a wonderful ‘Engineers Dinner’ at The Anson Engine Museum on 17th October.
1. Your flare, flexibility and menu suggestions at the planning stage was helpful and welcome
2. The liaison you maintained with Margaret at the Anson Engine Museum was appreciated
3. The Vanilla staff’s smooth and skilful set up of the room was a delight to behold
4. The quality of glasses, cutlery and table linen far exceeded my expectations
5. The preparation and service of meal (in a room full of old engines) drew a mass of compliments that I pass on to you unreservedly
6. Your grasp of organisational issues and good humoured monitoring of timings was appreciated
7. And lastly… an apology (and congratulation to Chef….) I completely missed the Special Dietary Need request on one booking form. For which I apologise.
I subsequently learned that chef was able to produce an excellent mushroom risotto without missing a step.

Between us we sampled most if not all of the canapes and of course the meal and accompaniments which were appealing to the eye and palate. The co-ordinated service to each table added a professional element which assured diners they were in the hands of a competent and qualified caterer. Thanks for everything from the start, helping me to convince my Mum and Dad to go with you for our catering, I know the food would be excellent and my mum and dad were impressed at the tasting. Everything along the day was dealt with very professionally, thoughtfully with individuality. You helped the day to be everything we wanted it to be. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was from the Pates, cheeses the chocolate dipping sauce and those prawn canapés. Your staff were all excellent did not even notice they were there, I mean this in a positive way. I could go on and on I’m just glad we can pop into the deli and recharge our tastebuds with tastes to remind us of our fantastic wedding.

I have been meaning to phone you to tell how much I and everyone else enjoyed the food – it was delicious and just what I had hoped for. Comments from people were all spontaneous without me having to fish about to see what people thought of it – everyone talked about how different it was and so tasty. Your are clearly one of the best outside catering companies in Cheshire, I was really impressed with your passion, hard work and attention to detail. I understand that a couple of people asked you for your details on the night and I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Just wanted to say a huge “Thank You” for the beautiful food on our wedding day.
