Beef Burger

Its that time again the old BBQ we are doing 300 of these for a private event in August so I thought I would share it with you

1000  Grams     Lean minced beef         
1        Red onion finely diced        
1        Egg    
1 Tablespoon     Crushed coriander seeds    
1 Tea spoon     English Mustard            
25 Grams     Chopped root herbs, (rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage)
50 Grams     Salt and Pepper        
20cl        Olive oil             
4        Burger buns         
        Salad garnish             


1    Scrunch all the above together really well                    
2    Divide into 4 balls, then gently mould into a burger shape                    
3    Heat the oil into a frying pan                     
4    Place the burger into frying pan and cook on each side for about 5 mins                    
5    Toast the burger bun, place on on bun, sliced tomato, gherkin, sliced red onion                    
4    Place the burger onto of the above and serve with a  salad garnish
