Have you ever eaten Kangaroo???
We have just done an Drinks Reception for the Australian Tourist Board in the Manchester Central,  they were promoting their fantastic country to travel Agents from around the world. The request was authentic Australian Canapes, so we did them

Kangaroo with a Papaya Salsa
Snapper spring rolls
Chicken Satay with a peanut dip
Lamb with corriander.

They (Australian Tourist Board) supplied the Booze, a fantastic Auz beer and Shiraz plus a Sauv Blanc. The best thing was the Exhibition Main organizers had a reception drinks as well at the Manchester Central as well, they saw our party and said "Sod" this we are going over there the food and drinks just flowed and great time was had by all.
