Working Lunches with a twist!

We like to be a bit different here, so how about offering your guests the following

BBQ working lunch!!

Barbecue Menu A £5.35 per guest
Barbecued Chicken breasts marinade in herbs, oil and lemon
&
Barbecued bell peppers stuffed, with a fruit Cous cous

Simple green leaf salad.
&
New Potato salad
Or
Red cabbage coleslaw

Pita breads & Fresh Fruit

Soup and Sandwich £5.25 per guest

We will make a fresh soup each day, only using seasonal vegetable produce, for example:-

•    Autumn vegetable with thyme.
•    Carrot and coriander
•    Leek and Potato
•    Tomato and Basil
•    Broccoli and blue cheese

These will come to you piping hot in flasks and all you need to do is serve them, in a warming cup or bowl.
( if you would like us to provide bowls and spoons then we can, at a small charge)

To accompany the soup we will provide a great selection of sandwiches, served on different breads.
