Confit of duck with flageolet beans

Fish             £11.00 per guest
Fish pie, only using great British fish!

Vegetarian             £8.50 per guest
Wild Mushroom risotto with pesto
Sweet potato and aubergine gratin
Red Thai curry of butternut squash, spinach with sticky rice

The above prices are based on a minimum number of 50 guests which includes service, Extra charges are VAT, and a possible Satellite kitchen charge
