fantastic feedback…

thankyou

“Dear Adam & Simon

I’ve just about got my head around what was the most amazing day last Thursday.
I wanted to thank you for all you efforts to the run up of the day and the day itself.
The food we received on the day was the best I have ever seen. Truly inspiring, presentation,
quality and the service of your team is unrivaled!! Everything was perfect!!

I cannot thank you enough for absolutely ‘nailing’ what was such an important feature of the day
for me and Gemma.

We have voted for you on your County Brides Award and wish you luck in this competition.

Thank you again to you and your team!!

Best Wishes

Steve & Gemma Morris”

We are very honoured to be the official caterers for the County Brides Northwest Wedding Awards in June,
Which promises to be a fabulous ceremony held in the gorgeous surroundings of Heaton House Farm.

We are even more honoured to have been nominated for an award! We were extremely proud to win last year and we are very much
hoping to do the same again this summer. Click here to find out more.

In Season Now – Asparagus

Here at Vanilla in Allseasons, we love a bit of asparagus! Fresh, crisp and delicious,
this wonderful veg is in season from April through to June.

Why not head to your local farmers market or green grocers to pick some up?
Once picked, asparagus loses flavour and tenderness quickly, so if at possible
it really is worth eating it on the day you buy it in order to enjoy the best
flavour and texture.

Asparagus

If you’re preparing and serving it at home, follow these easy steps –
Wash in cold water and remove the bottom ends of the stalks (with fresh asparagus they will snap off cleanly).
Boil or steam quickly until just tender, around 4 to 7 minutes depending on thickness.

Try serving it lightly steamed and with a little butter and sea salt, or a side dish of horseradish.
It also works beautifully with some Parmesan shavings sprinkled over the top.
Simply delicious – Enjoy!

A Hint of Pink!

Spring is in the air and with it a whole host of fresh new season colours.
Soft pinks make the ideal shade for spring and summer.

We absolutely loved these subtle pink touches at a fabulous marquee wedding last summer.

Pink works particularly well with shades of green, and gold metallics.

Bridal gown queen Charlotte Balbier selected a pink and gold colour scheme for
her wedding decor – to a breathtaking effect!

Our team were very proud to be a part of this event, and we were all blown away
by the beautiful decoration and styling.

please let us know! We’d love to see them!
